📅 Warranty Policy Update — Effective April 1, 2026
DroidShop applies two different warranty terms depending on when the product was purchased:

Warranty period is calculated from the purchase date shown on your invoice. The 1-for-1 replacement policy applies only to hardware defects from the manufacturer — it does not cover damage caused by the user.

🔄 Warranty Process
Step 1 — Contact support when you encounter an issue
Reach out to DroidShop via Zalo or Facebook first to describe the problem. Our technical team will assist remotely for software issues. If a hardware defect is confirmed, proceed to the next step.
Step 2 — Bring or ship the device to our showroom
Bring or ship your Rokid glasses along with your purchase invoice (or the phone number used when ordering) to the DroidShop showroom during business hours.
Step 3 — Inspection and assessment
Our technical team will inspect the device in person and notify you of the result within 24 business hours — confirming whether it qualifies for warranty coverage and the specific resolution method.
Step 4 — Resolution and handover
DroidShop will notify you via Zalo or phone once the device is ready. Processing times:
- 1-for-1 replacement (within the first 7 days): within 24 hours
- Warranty repair (day 8 through month 12): 7 – 20 business days
- Paid repair (after 12 months): timeline depends on the issue — you will be informed in advance
Note: Some cases may require sourcing parts from the factory, which can extend the timeline. DroidShop will notify you as soon as official information is available from Rokid and confirm a specific completion date.
🔧 Resolution Methods
Depending on the nature of the defect, DroidShop applies the following in order of priority:
- 1-for-1 replacement — within the first 7 days, manufacturer defect confirmed, all conditions met
- Repair / component replacement — for hardware defects within the warranty period
- Replacement with same model — applied when repair is not feasible
Any remaining warranty time after a replacement unit is issued is calculated from the original purchase date — the warranty period does not reset.
