⚠️ Important: The Personal Edition is not covered under warranty if found to be used in a business environment, commercial gaming center, software development setting, or organized educational environment. 🔄 Warranty Process

Step 1 — Contact support when you encounter an issue
Reach out to DroidShop via Zalo or Facebook first to describe the problem. Our technical team will assist remotely for software issues. If a hardware defect is confirmed, proceed to the next step.

Step 2 — Bring or ship the device to our showroom
Bring or ship your Meta Quest headset along with your purchase invoice (or the phone number used when ordering) to the DroidShop showroom during business hours.

Step 3 — Inspection and assessment
Our technical team will inspect the device in person and notify you of the result within 24 business hours — confirming whether it qualifies for warranty coverage and the specific resolution method.

Step 4 — Resolution and handover
DroidShop will notify you via Zalo or phone once the device is ready. Processing times:

  • 1-for-1 replacement (within the first 30 days): within 24 hours
  • Warranty repair (day 31 through month 12): 5 – 15 business days
  • Paid repair (after 12 months): timeline depends on the issue — you will be informed in advance

Note: Some cases may require sourcing parts directly from Meta, which can extend the timeline. DroidShop will notify you as soon as information is available and confirm a specific completion date.


🔧 Resolution Methods

Depending on the nature of the defect and the timing of the warranty claim, DroidShop applies the following in order of priority:

  1. 1-for-1 replacement — within the first 30 days, manufacturer defect confirmed, all conditions met
  2. Repair / component replacement — from day 31 through the end of month 12
  3. Paid repair service — after 12 months; contact DroidShop for a quote

Any remaining warranty time after a replacement unit is issued is calculated from the original purchase date — the warranty period does not reset.
