💧 Important Note on Water Resistance

Ray-Ban Meta glasses are rated IPX4 — splash-resistant and sweat-resistant only. They are not waterproof and not rain-proof.

  • ✅ Safe for light activity and sweat exposure
  • ❌ Do not wear in rain, while washing your face, swimming, or in direct contact with water
  • ❌ Water damage voids the warranty regardless of whether the glasses are still within the warranty period

🔄 Warranty Process

Step 1 — Contact support when you encounter an issue
Reach out to DroidShop via Zalo or Facebook first to describe the issue. Our technical team will attempt remote troubleshooting for software-related problems. If the issue is confirmed to be a hardware defect, proceed to the next step.

Step 2 — Bring or ship the product to our showroom
Bring or send your Ray-Ban Meta glasses along with your proof of purchase (or note your purchase phone number) to the DroidShop showroom during working hours.

Step 3 — Technical inspection and status confirmation
Our technical team will inspect the product and notify you within 24 working hours of receipt — confirming whether it qualifies for warranty coverage and what the resolution will be.

Step 4 — Repair / replacement and handover
DroidShop will notify you via Zalo or phone when the product is ready. Processing times:

  • 1-for-1 exchange (within first 30 days): within 24 hours
  • Warranty repair (day 31 – 6 months): 5 – 15 working days
  • Paid repair (after 6 months): timeline varies by issue, confirmed in advance

Note: Some cases may require parts sourced from Meta / EssilorLuxottica, which can extend the processing time. DroidShop will inform you as soon as information is available and confirm a specific timeline.


🔧 Resolution Methods

Depending on the nature of the defect and the time of the warranty request, DroidShop applies the following in order of priority:

  1. 1-for-1 exchange — within the first 30 days, manufacturer defect, all conditions met
  2. Repair / defective part replacement — from day 31 through 6 months
  3. Paid repair service — after 6 months; see droidshop.vn/sua-chua-ray-ban-meta

The remaining warranty period after a replacement unit is issued is calculated from the original purchase date — it does not restart from the exchange date.
