Ray-Ban Meta Repair Service in Vietnam

Ray-Ban Meta glasses are AI smart glasses with a built-in camera and Bluetooth headphones. Made through a collaboration between two giants, Meta and Ray-Ban, they are known for being very stable with a low failure rate. Still, they are electronic devices, so problems can occur over time, and finding a reliable Ray-Ban Meta repair service in Vietnam is not always easy.
All Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, Rokid and XREAL glasses distributed by DroidShop come with a 6-month warranty and a 1-for-1 replacement within the first 30 days for any defect.
Ray-Ban Meta Repair Service in Vietnam
DroidShop provides Ray-Ban Meta repair in Vietnam for customers who bought their glasses from our shop and whose warranty has expired. Our technical team in Ho Chi Minh City inspects and repairs the glasses locally, so many issues can be fixed without sending them abroad. If your glasses are still under warranty, please contact DroidShop’s warranty team right away. All manufacturer defects are covered free of charge.

Some issues cannot be repaired in Vietnam. In those cases, DroidShop will send the glasses directly to Ray-Ban’s service center in the US (our technical team will quote the shipping fee at that time).

Common Ray-Ban Meta Issues We Repair
Ray-Ban Meta is reliable hardware with a low failure rate. Many software issues can be fixed on your own by doing a factory reset of your Ray-Ban glasses and then setting them up again from scratch.
Update error – flashing white/red light
This update error can usually be fixed in software by factory resetting the glasses.
If the problem remains after a factory reset, the hardware (such as the power circuit) needs to be inspected.
Camera "capture fail" error
This error is related to the camera socket connection or the mainboard. The connections need to be inspected.
Water damage
Ray-Ban Meta glasses are rated IPX4, which means they only resist sweat and splashes. If you wear them in the rain, while swimming, or even in very humid conditions, moisture may get inside. In that case, have them checked quickly to prevent the circuit board from oxidizing.

Important notes about Ray-Ban Meta repair in Vietnam
- Ray-Ban Meta is a specialized device. Repairs are currently limited to replacing components and parts salvaged from other units.
- Ray-Ban Meta spare parts are not sold commercially, so parts may not be available for every issue.
- Ray-Ban glasses have a sealed, one-piece build. A repair requires heating the frame to separate it. As a result, there may be scratches after the frame is opened and reassembled (depending on the technician’s skill).
- DroidShop’s technical team will assess the issue before any repair. If our technicians determine it cannot be repaired (severed cable, damaged nose-bridge circuit, faulty proximity sensor, etc.), the glasses will not be opened.
- If the glasses cannot be repaired in Vietnam, DroidShop will help send them to the Ray-Ban (Luxottica) after-sales service center in the US.
Because of these limitations, DroidShop only repairs glasses sold by DroidShop. This is an after-sales service exclusively for our customers. We do not service glasses purchased from other sellers.
